How to claim:

What happens if we cannot beat the price?
If we cannot match the price you have provided, we reserve the right to withdraw from the offer at any time. We will always do our best to match a price, but unfortunately, sometimes, we are unable to do so.
Our Price Match offer is not valid after receipt of transaction. Although we are not legally obligated to match any price, we do so for the benefit of our customers. For any uncertainties, please refer to our terms and conditions below.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Product Criteria: The product must be brand new and identical in style, specifications, size, and color. It must also be available under the same terms.
2. Eligibility: Our Price Match Guarantee is valid for competitors across mainland UK, including UK-based websites. It does not apply to factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market place listings such as Amazon or eBay, market stalls, private sales, liquidation sales, or any other "closing down" or insolvency-related sales.
3. Stock Availability: The competitor's store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery. We also require that the product is in stock with us at the time of the price match request.
4. Exclusions: Typographical errors will not be considered. The price match offer does not apply to affiliate discounts, promotional codes, voucher codes, media discounts, or any other retailer’s price match promotions that include additional rebates or benefits.
5. Verification: We must be able to verify the competitor’s lower price to our satisfaction.
6. Pricing: The matched price must include all applicable taxes (including VAT), as well as any postage and packaging charges.
7. Timing: The Price Match offer is only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively once the transaction is complete.
8. Discretion: All Price Match requests are subject to the discretion of 1st Direct Pools. We reserve the right to withdraw the Price Match offer at any time, including before and after delivery.
9. Validity: Our Price Match offer is not applicable after the transaction has been completed.
